Where can I buy a Seppä gift card?

You can buy a gift card from the gift card machine in front of Seppä's main doors or from our online store.

Where does a Sepä gift card go everywhere?

The gift card can be used as a means of payment in all Seppä stores and restaurants (excluding Alko and Prisma side stores). The gift card can be used all at once or in parts. Policies related to returns are business-specific. The gift card can only be used in Seppä's permanent stores, not in pop-up stores and stores on Prisma's side.

How long is the gift card valid for?

The card is valid for 12 months from the moment of purchase.

Why is my gift card not working?

The most common reason for problems using a gift card is that the amount of purchases exceeds the balance of the gift card. Check the balance of the gift card with the QR code found on the card or here. If the amount of purchases exceeds the balance of the gift card, the excess amount must be paid with another payment method. So please make sure you have a valid balance before using the card.

If the gift card does not work despite everything, contact the shopping center manager. Tell him the gift card number and security code.

I want to exchange/return the product I bought with a gift card

In possible product exchange and return situations, we act in accordance with the store's own exchange and return policy. The unused balance of the gift card will not be returned after the expiration date. A lost, stolen or expired gift card will not be replaced. The gift card cannot be exchanged for money.

Where can I borrow a wheelchair?

It is easy to get to the shopping center either by taxi in front of the main entrance or by your own car to the INVA space in the parking garage. There are wheelchairs at the main entrance. You can ask more about them from the order supervisor or by e-mail atvartiointi@kauppakeskusseppa.fi

Can I bring a pet to the mall?

You can come to us in Seppä to shop and have fun together with your pet. You can move with your pet everywhere in Seppä's public corridors and in most of our stores.

• Please clean up the tracks! In case of possible damage, the owner is obliged to clean up the traces of his pet.

How do I use a gift card purchased online?

You have received the gift card code in your phone or email. Pick up a physical gift card from the Sepä shopping center gift card machine. The collection code is valid for 3 months from the moment of purchase. The physical gift card is valid for 12 months from the moment of collection.

Does Sepä have its own childcare room?

Yes. You can find Seppä's nursery room at the toilet facilities. The nursery has nursing chairs, changing tables, a separate toilet seat for children, a microwave and a diaper dispenser.

Which lines can I use to get to Seppää?

Lines 10, 20, 25, 36 run from the center to the Ahjokatu stops next to the Sepä shopping center. 12T runs from the center to the stop on the Vasarakatu side.

Where can I leave my bike?

For cyclists, Kauppakeskus Seppä has the largest bike park of Jyväskylä's shopping centers, with space for 110 bikes. You can store your bike for free in our heated parking garage or outside in the area marked for bikes. You can find the bike park at the doors on the Vasarakatu side, inside the parking garage.
