From the online store

when purchasing, you will receive a pick-up code by text message or email, which you can use to pick up a physical gift card from our gift card machine. We can also mail the gift card to the address of your choice.

Buying a gift card

You can specify the amount of the gift card you want between 5 and 500 euros. You can pay for the gift card with the most common bank and credit cards (Diners Club and American Express cards are not accepted). A gift card cannot be purchased with cash payment. When buying from both the online store and the vending machine, you will receive a receipt for your purchase, with Kauppakeskus Seppä OY as the payee. Nets is responsible for payment traffic.

You can buy 1-10 gift cards of the same value at once. You can check the balance and validity period of the cards at gift card machines, via the balance link above or via the QR code found on the gift card. Payment transactions can be seen with a QR code and from the balance link.

Validity period, usage and balance

The card is valid for 12 months from the moment the gift card is purchased and can be used in Kauppakeskus Sepä stores. The gift card can be used all at once or in parts. Stores may have their own restrictions regarding the use of the gift card, please always check these for each store. Policies related to returns are business-specific. The gift card can only be used in Seppä's permanent stores, not in pop-up stores and stores on Prisma's side.

With the gift card, you can only buy the balance on it. If the total amount exceeds the balance of the gift card, the excess amount must be paid with another payment method (cash, another payment card, another gift card). If there is money left on the gift card, it cannot be returned in cash, but the gift card can be used in parts until the expiration date.

Due to the different payment terminal systems, our stores are not able to check the balance of the gift card, but the customer must check the balance of the card himself.

If the gift card does not work

The most common reason for problems using a gift card is that the amount of purchases exceeds the balance of the gift card. Check the balance of the gift card with the QR code found on the card or here. If the amount of purchases exceeds the balance of the gift card, the excess amount must be paid with another payment method. So please make sure you have a valid balance before using the card.

If the gift card does not work despite everything, contact the shopping center manager.

Product exchange and return situations

In possible product exchange and return situations, we act in accordance with the store's own exchange and return policy. The unused balance of the gift card will not be returned after the expiration date. A lost, stolen or expired gift card will not be replaced. The gift card cannot be exchanged for money.
